The coalescence of Delkor's Trayfecta® Series formers with 5-axis servo control has resulted in our most versatile former. Perfect for integration with downstream robotics or hand-load systems, the recipe-driven discharge orientation allows the cases to be conveyed to downstream equipment in the optimal position for any application.

By implementing a gantry system, we are able to maximize the range of this former in an incredibly compact footprint. Delkor's Trayfecta® G Series can be configured to discharge across a wide range of elevations eliminating the typical long conveyor lengths required to accomplish elevation changes prior to the case loading station.

This line allows for pouches and bags to be filled into Cabrio Cases, one of the hottest retail-ready cases (PDQ) on the market.
Lightweight, Tool-less Tooling
40% lighter than other Trayfecta tooling, the G Series sets the bar in the Trayfecta lineup for ergonomics and ease of changeover. A lightweight, aluminum one-piece gate frame ensures a quick installation process. Removable cavity side guides make changeover simple and easy. The Trayfecta® G Series saves time on the production floor with its quick release capability, tool-less features, and intuitive size change sensibility.
With up to five servo axes, precision, repeatability, and finished package quality are guaranteed. Recipe-driven servo motion minimizes the number of manual adjustments during changeover.
Low (40") magazine height with an auto-retract backing plate make the loading process for this Trayfecta® easier than ever. Other optimizations include: a space saving glue tank, rail-mounted tooling the can easily lock into position, a compact and controllable gantry system, and full height walk in doors that allow for easy access.
Built to Last
The foundation of this machine is a heavy-duty welded steel frame. As an option, it is offered in stainless steel for a clean, timeless appearance. New oversized bearings offer long life and increased rigidity, and a CNC-machined forming head drive structure offers precision alignment and smooth operation for years.
